The DigitalMig 200CP is designed as Single and Double Pulsed MIG welding machine with MMA (ARC Welding) & Lift Tig capabilities. Ideal for Aluminum or Stainless steel fabrication but is also suitable for Mild steel operations including Solid Wires wires up to 1.2mm.

Being the latest IGBT technology also means this machine is much lighter and portable than previous models, delivering higher duty cycles at higher amperages compared to conventional MIG power sources. The DIGITALMIG 200CP is designed as Single and Double Pulsed MIG welding machine with MMA (ARC Welding) & Lift Tig capabilities. The 200CP welding machine has been designed mainly for the uses with Aluminum or Stainless steel wires but is also suitable for Mild steel operations including Solid Wires & Flux Cored gas shielded wires up to 1.2mm.
Pulse Mig offers a finished weld appearance similar to TIG welding but with significantly faster travel speeds, lower labour costs, and less welding spatter which reduces clean up time. Single Pulse – Alternates between a Base and Peak welding current. Double Pulse – Uses a second background current to have finer control of the arc during the pulse process. Euro torch connection allows easy connection and removal of welding torch. Thermal and voltage overload protection. Low noise fans for quiet and smooth operation. The DIGITALMIG 200CP is suitable for various applications including Aluminium Fabrication, Stainless Steel Fabrication, General Engineering, Repair & Maintenance, Agricultural etc.
