Zero Spat™ Heavy Duty Paintable Anti-Spatter

Zero Spat™ Heavy Duty Paintable Anti-Spatter is an easy wipe-off milky formula that provides instant shielding from medium to large amounts of spatter or slag. It performs exceptionally well, even after prolonged welds, significantly reducing or eliminating spatter adhesion to parts and tools, saving economically on clean-up times and spatter removal costs.

ASL does not cause weld porosity, is non-flammable, and is highly heat resistant with no risk of flash during welding. It is safe to use on most manual, auto, and robotic applications. Being water-based, ASL is non-toxic with a low odour and contains no chlorinated solvents to reduce fume formation and prevent corrosion.

Application:

• Shake trigger spray and apply undiluted to the area surrounding the weld and tooling.
• After welding wipe the excess from the work piece with a damp cloth.
• If painting is required use Chemtools Prep Solv Cleaner/Degreaser to remove all trace of the anti-spatter.
